I discovered that everybody gets a free apartment in 3.0! You start by getting the Level 21 [Housing] quest from one of the NPCs in your Capital City. Sanctum for me! Then it sent me to Oriel. That's when I started frapping :P PS. Housing Auctions begin every Monday and ends the following Sunday...
