Georganna and her husband bought a vacation home in Horseshoe Bay, Texas in 1998. They enjoyed the area so much that they sold their home in Dallas and moved to Horseshoe Bay full-time a year later. After investing in several properties, Georganna decided to get her real estate license. Mrs. Zaba earned her Texas real estate license in 2005 and became a real estate broker in 2008. She has applied her 30+ years of sales and marketing experience to the real estate industry and has been recognized as a top producer. Her first year in business she won the award for most listings in the market center and has continued to earn top producer awards as #1 in listings, #1 in closed volume, and #1 in closed transactions for every subsequent year in the Horseshoe Bay and Marble Falls business centers of Keller Williams Realty. She won these awards by earning the business and trust of her clients. Georganna Zaba is passionate about building relationships with people and assisting them in meeting their goals and objectives. She enjoys finding the "right" properties for her clients and implementing marketing systems to attract qualified buyers to properties she has listed for sale. She has built a strong referral network with REALTORS® across the globe. Georganna holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas and a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She has continued her education in real estate by earning these designations and certifications: Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Million Dollar Guild Member, Institute for Luxury Homes Marketing Member, Keller Williams Realty Luxury Homes Division Member, and e-PRO. Mrs. Zaba is a member of Keller Williams Realty's Agent Leadership Council for the Lake Travis Market Center and Horseshoe Bay and Marble Falls business centers. The council is comprised of the top producers in the Market Center who serve as the board of directors for the agents.
