I new I needed to go back after viewing videos shot the day before (March 10, 2011). The lighting was better and this time I held the Kodak Zi8 still for at least 15 seconds on each shot. I had fun until a Hanover County sheriff's deputy pulled up and suggested (correctly) that it wasn't a good idea to park on the shoulder of Mechanicsille Turnpike at rush hour. I moved the car to the other side of the road -- parking at the furniture store alongside the Chickahominy River in Mechanicsville -- and shot a bit on the downstream side of the Turnpike.
