Jan 4, 2012 - I did this over the holidays, which is essentially the same as yours- I toast the bread slices slightly, then spread with gorgonzola and place under broiler for another couple minutes.. Then drizzle honey over them. Makes a great crostini appetizer.

Jan 4, 2012 - No problem..works great with cream cheese and brie is also nice..Try cream cheese and mix with dried crandberries...then top with honey..the cream cheese with any kind of dried fruit is great with the honey...
