If customer doesnt know this, the paint people are avoiding the customer using it. The color pallete is sufficient. Anything beyond it comes from the artistry of the paint folks. If they cant, they're in the wrong department. When at work, go open a gal of Behr 3050 and a Glidden 6411 compare whiteness. The whiter Behr lets the qualified paint assoc make any color.
