Aubree's P.O.V: That night I sit in my room as Blake does my hair. I keep on moving. Blake: Aubree if I burn your forehead, Michael will kill me. Stay still. -It feels weird. Blake: I don't care. Stay still. I sigh. I agreed to let Blake do my hair, which was a mistake. I'm so picky about my hair. I know she'll do a great job, I'm just a perfectionist. Finally she's done. I stand up and go over to my full length mirror. Wow. I definitely look fifteen. My hair is curled perfectly and my makeup makes my whole face look older. And I love my outfit. -Thank you Blake! I hug her tight. She smiles and hugs me tighter. Blake: You're welcome. Now let's go downstairs. Your guests are starting to arrive. I go downstairs with her and into the backyard. We have a HUGE backyard. There's a pool, a grill, lawn furniture. There's also a tree house way in the back that my dad built when Michael and Lachlan were little. We even still have our old swing set and play gym. Tonight there are lights strung all over, food out on the picnic tables, music playing and of course a huge banner saying "Happy 15th Birthday Aubree!" Mostly everything is done in pink-my favorite color. Michael's P.O.V: I'm standing at the grill flipping burgers, watching Aubree say hi to her guests. Heather comes over. Heather: Hey grill master. -*smiles* Hey babe. Where's Joy? Heather: Blake took her to play on the play gym. -Ah. I see Parker walk through the gate, a present tucked under his arm. What is he doing here? Aubree walks over to him smiling. Then he leans over and HUGS HER! What the heck?!? Who does this guy think he is. I set the spatula down and go to pull him off of her, when someone grabs me. I look and see Tawni. Tawni: Don't even think about it drummer boy. -She's not allowed to hang out with guys. Tawni: Would you chill? He's my cousin. I invited him. -You're officially grounded. Tawni: Like you can really ground me. I roll my eyes. I watch as Aubree flirts with him, hating him more and more. Josh walks over. Josh: What's going on? Tawni: Michael can't handle Aubree flirting. Josh: Who is she flirting with?!? -Parker. Josh: Mike, chill it's not like there..... He trails off to see him putting his arm around her. His muscles tense. Josh: He's going down. Tawni: Either of you touch him and I throw you in the pool. Aubree's P.O.V: The party is awesome, there's lots of food and dancing and talking. Michael goes up to the mic after awhile. Michael: Alright, so as my job of big brother, it's my job to embarrass Aubree. Even if it is her birthday. I feel my cheeks turn pink. Suddenly I'm picked up off the ground by Lachlan. -Lachy! He carries me to the mock stage that's set up and sets me down before going down. Michael: So I'm gonna sing a song to the birthday girl. He plays the guitar and begins to play the song. Michael: I've got sunshine on a cloudy day, when it's cold outside, I've got the month of May.... A smile is stuck on my face by the end of the song. I hug him tight. -Thanks Mikey. Michael: No problem Honey Bee. Happy Birthday. He pulls off. Michael: Now it's time for cake. --- What do you think Aubree got for her birthday?!? And yes I'm dragging these chapters out because I took so long to make her fifteen. lol.
