the schooner florijn was designed by murray peterson, and based on US eastcoast coastall trading vessel, built at readmanns industrial estate tilbury essex, the steel hull was fabricated by roberts welding ltd in a removable workshop on the end of the roberts factory, dick boele was the owner/project manager, annie incledon support, wooden masts and spars were made by steve mitchell of mitchell marine www.irishwood.com built the spars and some of the furniture on Florijn., shipwright was jack vaughn, a 2year project. boat was sold to a french owner {Pierre} don liddard on video
