IggyHazard Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - Did I ever tell you about the time I saw a Polish P-64 at Gander Mountain (an outdoors shop) in Fort Wayne?
IggyHazard Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - I'm not sure which mod has more guns, The Soup or ArsenOL.
CourierAlgaming Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - Iggy, you should try all mods first. I am thinking of starting a CoP mod or Stalker soup playhthrough. Also, I both like and hate how in stalker, it gives you a false sense of security. For example, ObLost, the burner in front of the starting bunker is both a protective barier and one of your challenges. Not sure where i'm poking at though. Either way, they did a good job in my opinion.
IggyHazard Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - What if there was a cross between a mutant and an anomaly? It would be a giant pigface of a fleshpig that sprouts forth from the ground and pukes Fruit Punch in your general direction. XD \8-P
Xerxes1688 Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - No you didn't, but you did tell me that you also wanted to purchase a CZ-52 aswell, and that in a gun exibition you saw a Sig STG-47 (aka Sig 510) for sale. You didn't specify whether it was in 7.5x55mm or in 7.62 NATO.
Xerxes1688 Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - The Soup. Not only has more quantity but also more variety than OL 2010, or even Super Mod Pack V2.4. What ArsenOL does have is more variety of weapon finishes, but essentially they are the same weapons.
metro2033fanboy Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - well done my favorite mode
Lucidius134 Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - OblivionLost 2010 has more then ArsenOL i'm sure, since ArsenOL is Arsenal Mod RC1 merged with OL, where as Oblivion Lost 2010 comes with ARsenal mod RC2 merged in.
IggyHazard Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - It was a PE-57 in 7.5x55mm and it had a thumbhole stock. Assuming I'd had enough dough at the time, the relative rarity of the magazines and the uncommonality of the ammo would have affected my decision.
Lucidius134 Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - In AMK iirc, there were chimeras and chimeras that had electro anomolies on them. THEY HURT SO BAD HOLY FUCK
IggyHazard Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - Thankyow! \8-D What's your favorite variation of the AK in ObLost 2010/ArsenOL? Not including rifles descended from the AK like the Galil and the Rk.95. I think I'd have to go with the AK-108. If there was an AK-109 (7.62x39mm), it would be my fave.
Lucidius134 Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - Yeah, i've noticed that one too, though i can always get it. Burner anomolies are a sinch most of the time because if you run through them when they are not active, you will not activate it or take damage. That's how I get through x-18's area p. quickly. I dont think this is a 100% truth as the burner tunnel might have much more potent burners (I forget if i've spritned through it or not), but for single ones like that, you can sprint through fine, or sprint jump ifneedbe
metro2033fanboy Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - my favoirte rifle in real life and in games is ak 47
Mazryonh Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - Try the AK-103, a modernized, all-polymer-and-metal variant of that venerable rifle.
IggyHazard Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - Remember how, in vanilla, you could "recharge" your health and armor by standing in an Electro while wearing Batteries on your belt? I think it took at least...what was it? Four? That would make sense since a Battery's effect is +30% electric protection. Imagine if, while wearing enough Batteries on your belt, an Electro Chimera's attack actually healed you AND fixed your armor! \8-P
IggyHazard Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - Which do you prefer: AK-47, AKM, or (as Mazryonh suggested) AK-103? Imagine an AEK-973 w/GP-25. That would be a more retro alternative to the AK-109. The Soup has an AEK-971 (5.45) with a sound suppressor.
metro2033fanboy Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - ak 47
metro2033fanboy Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - will do
117dragonkiller Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - lol at the vodka part
IggyHazard Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - a go go gaj0ob and a ho de oh jo! XD
ExtremeNoLifer Says:
Feb 10, 2012 - Avtomat Kalashnikova 2012 4 lyfe. :P
IggyHazard Says:
Feb 10, 2012 - Would you believe that's now a reality? It's called the AK-12 (Avtomat Kalashnikova model of 2012). The standard version isn't a bullpup like Metro's Kalash 2012, though, and it doesn't use P90 style top-mounted rotary-feed mags. It uses quad-stack 60-round "coffin" mags as-per standard (which have about the same depth as double-stack 30-rounders), the same type of mags that are supposed to replace the vertically cumbersome 45-rounders issued with the RPK-74M.
TambMr Says:
Feb 15, 2012 - your voice kinda sound like the guy from ClassicGameRoom reviews. But why OL when you can put AMK or even People Soup (if you manage to play it, it likes to crash on me a lot) ?
IggyHazard Says:
Feb 15, 2012 - Thankyow! XD I like this mod mostly because of the huge quantity of weapons.
. . . . . . . because these video appear directly from youtube.com which we cannot control it.)
IggyHazard Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - I thought about that, but it's at an odd angle. It's like the Electro is on the ground but still affects the position directly above it. Maybe it's actually two Electros, one on top of the other. There's also a Burner anomaly in that one train car in Cordon that prevents you from getting the stuff inside. Fortunately, it's not always there, so you can sometimes manage to get the 6P9 and everything else. Burners burn you even if you throw a bolt in them while dashing.
