Jul 30, 2010 - Thanks for the fabulous video - I'm about to launch into my first restoration from the clean and replacement of bindings to new cushion/seat covers. I'm sure I'll be back for a refresher course. Excellent work - cheers

Dec 22, 2010 - lol, dude, I've been doing this for over 20 years. 4 retail stores in ontario Canada, started refinishing / repairing as a kid starting out. Lots of fun.

Jun 18, 2011 - I have a bentwood rocking chair with only a small amount of fraying on one side of the seat, but does that mean I still have to take the whole seat off and start from scratch?! Thank heavens for your video - I was quoted £200 for re-caning the rocker, and I have two Victorian dining chairs in need of new seats!
